Location: Petworth

A leading aerospace partner is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This organisation provides aircraft parts and aftermarket services across the commercial aviation sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, MROs, lessors, and trading partners.

* Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support.

* Oversee the full sales lifecycle: quoting, negotiating, and closing deals.

* Trade inventory through sales, exchanges, loans, and consignment stock.

* Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for repair management and asset flow.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional purchasing behaviour.

* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and market presence.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven track record in aviation aftermarket sales, component trading, MRO, or OEM environments.

* Strong account management skills with airlines, lessors, and MROs.

* Commercial acumen in pricing, contract negotiation, and forecasting.

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

* Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable with a hands-on approach.

* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with inventory/ERP systems preferred.

* Existing industry contacts highly desirable.

* Experience in component sales, exchange, consignment, and logistics is a plus.

* Competitive salary £60,000 - £100,000 plus bonus.
