Customer Service Executive

We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our Ticket Office team
. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to ticketing queries and resolving issues via email and occasionally by phone. You’ll also support a variety of administrative and sales-related tasks in the lead-up to and during our headline events.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly organised, and have exceptional attention to detail. Most importantly, you’ll share our passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Respond to customer queries via email and occasionally by phone, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Provide guidance on digital ticketing, including the Goodwood Ticket App.
• Process ticket bookings, refunds, and VAT receipts accurately.
• Support operational tasks during motor sport and horse racing events.
• Identify and pass on potential sales opportunities.
• Assist with charity ticket bookings and lost property processes.

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.
• A flexible approach to working hours, especially during events.
