Position: Finance Business Partner (Permanent)
CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a well-established FMCG organisation, seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity offering genuine scope to influence decision-making and drive profitability across the business.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

Work closely with the commercial team to deliver clear, accurate costing and margin analysis that underpins tender activity and pricing decisions.
Play a key role in shaping customer profitability strategies and supporting informed commercial negotiations.
Provide insightful scenario modelling and financial guidance to senior stakeholders, enabling robust decision-making.
Contribute to the annual budgeting process, regular forecasting cycles, and timely management reporting.
Partner with operations and supply chain teams to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process enhancements.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong commercial acumen.
Previous experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
Advanced Excel skills; exposure to ERP systems such as SAP Business One advantageous.
Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge at all levels.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
