Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker seeking control and flexibility to work the shifts you want? After a paid three-week induction, you’ll have access to available shifts at Middlewood Clinic in Midhurst, with potential future options to work bank shifts regionally.

There is no minimum number of hours; shifts can be viewed and booked via an app. Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available. The role is on a zero-hour contract, allowing you to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Hourly rate includes a 12.07% uplift for annual leave with access to benefits including free meals on duty.

The Middlewood Clinic provides care for men and women with eating disorders including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and atypical eating disorders. The MDT will include the Registered Manager, Consultant Psychiatrist, Nurses, Healthcare Workers, Psychologist, Dietician, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker.

The hospital will have 12 comfortable en-suite bedrooms and a variety of communal and recreational spaces including lounge areas, dining room, activities room, visitors room, therapy rooms, therapy kitchen area and a cottage-style garden.
