Join our dynamic and forward‑thinking Blood Transfusion team as a Senior Medical Laboratory Assistant. Based in our Laboratory at the Worthing site, you may be required to travel across sites as necessary. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work well under pressure, with IT skills including data input as integral. You will perform a wide range of routine and non‑routine clinical, scientific, or technical procedures as an appropriately regulated practitioner.

• Perform routine and non‑routine clinical, scientific and technical procedures in the Blood Transfusion department.
• Work under pressure and communicate effectively with team members and patients.
• Maintain accurate data input and use IT systems reliably.

• Experience as a Medical Laboratory Assistant or a related laboratory role.
• Strong IT and data‑entry skills.
• Regulated practitioner status (or ability to obtain it).
