Position: Site Manager - Super Prime Residential (Permanent)
Site Managers | Prime Residential | West Sussex

My Client are seeking two outstanding an Site Manager to join their team, delivering some of the most prestigious prime residential projects in the region.

You Are:
An intelligent, affable professional who remains calm under pressure, with the ability to foresee and resolve issues before they arise. You’ll be driven, enthusiastic, well organised, and carry a strong sense of urgency to keep projects on track.

Experience Required

* Proven track record within prime residential projects.

* Confident managing clients who are frequently present on site.

* Skilled at driving subcontractors to deliver exceptional standards, minimising remedials and ensuring programme dates are met.

Core Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring outstanding quality in workmanship and materials.

* Liaise closely with the QS on stock and procurement.

* Report on progress during weekly meetings with the Contracts Manager, feeding updates directly to the client.

Key Attributes

* A true custodian of the the brand, always representing the company with professionalism and pride.

* Strong knowledge of Passive House principles desirable (projects typically achieving 0.3–0.4% air tightness, some at 4%).

* Highly detail-oriented, driven, and committed to delivering excellence.
