We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Chichester and are looking for several production operatives to join the team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis, with the opportunity for a permanent role following a successful probation period.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm

Friday: 7:00am – 11:00am

5-day working week

The Role:

You will be involved in the production and assembly of manufactured components, working to engineering specifications and quality standards. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role in a busy manufacturing environment.

What We Are Looking For :

Good manual dexterity – detailed hands-on work

Physically fit – parts can be heavy to move

Comfortable with manual handling (lifting equipment available for most heavy items)

Able to follow work instructions and drawings

Reliable, hardworking, and a team player

Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
