Position: Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)
Job Description Were looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) to join a well-established manufacturing site in Chichester! Youll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of production equipment. Youll play a key part in keeping the factory running efficiently, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring all machinery operates safely and reliably. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position with opportunities for training and career development.

What youll be doing Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across production equipment Diagnose and repair faults across pneumatic and hydraulic systems Support machinery installations, upgrades, and commissioning projects Ensure all equipment operates safely and downtime is minimised Maintain accurate service records and report maintenance activities Work collaboratively within a small engineering team to deliver efficient plant support Contribute to continuous improvement and process reliability initiatives Hours Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm Pay £43,000 per annum Skills/Experience Required Minimum 12 months maintenance experience within a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment Electrical or mechanical qualifications preferred Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Benefits 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Company pension Free on-site parking Overtime available Training and career development opportunities Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
