Head of Quality Assurance

Liberty Recruitment Group is proud to be working with a fantastic organisation to recruit for a Head of Quality Assurance. This is a key leadership role within a growing, sustainability‑driven luxury manufacturing business.

We are looking for an experienced QA professional who can inspire excellence, drive continuous improvement, and champion a strong quality culture across all areas of production.

• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements
• Maintaining and updating all quality documentation, including procedures, policies and work instructions
• Overseeing goods‑in, in‑processes and final product inspections
• Leading sampling, retains, quality checks and Certificates of Analysis
• Continuously improving inspection processes and QC standards
• Leading the transition from paper‑based to digital QA systems
• Reviewing existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation
• Planning and conducting internal audits
• Supporting Lean initiatives to reduce waste and enhance process capability

• Previous experience in a quality role within manufacturing
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and manufacturing standards
• Excellent leadership and team‑building skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Enthusiastic, reliable and trustworthy
