Bar Manager - Kennels Members Club

Salary £33,660 per annum Plus excellent benefits and gratuity

Step into a role where your creativity, energy and attention to detail will help shape unforgettable experiences for our members. As Bar Manager at The Kennels, you’ll lead the day-to-day bar operations, bringing flair to everything from relaxed coffees to buzzing music events.

The Kennels is the central clubhouse for all the Estate’s Sporting Members - from horse racing and golf to motor sport, aviation and health club enthusiasts. It’s a stylish, welcoming space where members come to unwind, connect and enjoy exceptional food and drink.

You’ll be at the heart of it all, managing a team of 25 including an Assistant Manager, supervisors, bar staff and casuals. With your great people skills and passion for hospitality, you’ll inspire and coach your team to deliver seamless service and genuine WOW moments.

No two days are the same. One morning you might be teeing up a golfers’ breakfast, the next you’re curating cocktails for a lively evening event. You’ll have the freedom to innovate and develop the bar offering, taking ownership of everything from stock control and ordering to cellar management and sales.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience managing a team in a food and beverage environment
• Strong knowledge of bar products - spirits, wines, beers, ales and cocktails
• Understanding of cellar management, stock rotation and control
• A genuine passion for creating memorable customer experiences
• Enthusiasm, creativity and a hands-on approach
