In qualità di Beauty Advisor , in particolare del team di Pescara, potrai eccellere e apprezzare questa posizione se sarai pronto/a a gestire le seguenti attività:

Accogliere i clienti garantendo loro una shopping experience unica e memorabile: li farai sentire coccolati, ascoltati e consigliati al meglio.

Offrire consulenze personalizzate in base al tipo di cliente

Support are lo Store Manager e gli Specialist nella gestione delle attività quotidiane

Contribuire attivamente al raggiungimento degli obiettivi dello Store (budget e target) adattandoti agli eventuali cambi di strategia e nuovi piani d’azione stabiliti dai tuoi manager

Riordinare e gestire il magazzino e le delivery

Contribuire alla creazione di un forte spirito di squadra collaborando con i tuoi colleghi di team e instaurando un clima virtuoso

Chi stiamo ricercando:

Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferibilmente in contesti Retail multinazionali dinamici

Conoscenza dei principali KPIs del commercio

Empatia e dinamismo

Orientamento ai risultati

Predisposizione al lavoro in team.
