As a Lot Attendant, you will transport customers as needed, clean the interior and exterior of customer vehicles and inventory, and ensure thorough detail and quality. Physical capability to maneuver around and under vehicles is essential.

• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed
• Perform building and grounds maintenance tasks
• Assist the Service and Sales Departments
• Organize and park vehicles for sale or service departments
• Remove vehicle protective coverings and  before returning completed vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages before returning them; report any damage immediately
• Assist with service write‑ups and tagging of customer vehicles
• Assist with shop clean‑up and deliveries when required
• Clean vehicle exteriors based on seasonal needs (e.g., snow removal)
• Report any lot merchandising needs or issues to the manager
• Place signage on and inside vehicles for advertising purposes
• Monitor and organize vehicles daily based on their progress in the reconditioning process
• Maintain lot tidiness (garbage clearing, etc.)

• High school diploma or GED
• Interest in the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicles
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Experience with cleaning products and tools, including power washers (asset)
• Dependable, reliable with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
• Excellent customer service skills
