• 5 days per week
• 40 hours per week
• Exact schedule to be discussed during the interview process

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Administrator
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program or Certificate
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Tracker) is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
• A collaborative and organized individual who thrives in a team‑based environment
