About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our elite technical team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 environments, Tier 3 support, and enterprise‑level system administration. You will handle complex escalations, design and maintain infrastructure, and lead initiatives that ensure uptime and security for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex technical issues across servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Azure).
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, and hybrid environments.
• Lead projects for system upgrades, migrations, and security hardening.
• Document processes and mentor junior team members.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for critical incidents.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in system administration or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and licensing.
• Expertise in Windows Server, Hyper‑V, VMware, networking protocols, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and ticketing systems (Zoho preferred).
• Certifications:
  
  Microsoft 365 Certified:
  Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with scripting (Power Shell).
• Knowledge of Azure AD, security compliance, and MFA implementations.
• Familiar with the MSP world.
