We are looking for the right individual to be part of our team of Professional Exterior Cleaning Team. The right individual will be mechanically inclined, have an ability to troubleshoot, work efficiently on jobs and have a helpful willing attitude. Our warehouse/depot is in Chilliwack, but our service area is the whole Fraser Valley.

• Gutter cleaning
• Post construction cleaning (interior)
• Window cleaning
• Possibility of cross training in
  • Duct and furnace cleaning
  • Stripping and refinishing hard surface floors

• Light mechanical aptitude and able to troubleshoot
• Able to work flexible hours and sometime longer shifts
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable and able to climb ladders, use lifts and some roof work
• Able to effectively communicate in English with crew and customers
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation

• Wage will be determined upon qualifications and experience. Between $23-$25/hour to start.
• After a 90-day probationary period, benefits of medical/dental are offered to those eligible (working 30 hours per week or more)

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
