Opportunity

Are you ready to make waves in marine manufacturing? As a Waterjet Operator
, you’ll be a key player in our collaborative team, operating a state-of-the-art 5‑axis OMAX® waterjet to produce precision parts for our marine products. You’ll work closely with inventory, machining, and assembly teams to keep production flowing and our customers delighted. Our Waterjet Operators make between $23.00 to $32.00 CAD per hour depending on experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up, program, and operate our advanced 5‑axis OMAX waterjet for accurate cutting of metals and composites
  • Collaborate with inventory to stage materials and prep jobs
  • Operate horizontal bandsaws, forklifts, and overhead cranes for material handling
  • Read technical drawings and ensure parts meet world‑class quality standards
  • Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and keep your workspace clean and safe
  • Work according to documented procedures and complete all required records
What You Bring
  • Hands‑on experience with waterjet, CNC, or precision cutting equipment (OMAX experience is a plus!)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools
  • Proven safety mindset with forklift and crane operation
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy items and thrive in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with CNC Mill/Lathe (HAAS Machines experience is an asset)
  • Forklift and Overhead Crane Certification (an asset)
  • Level 1 or 2 First Aid (an asset)
Working Conditions
  • Warehouse and manufacturing facility (not temperature controlled)
  • Exposure to dust, noise, and metal shavings
