We are delighted to be recruiting an Administrator for our client who is based in Chippenham. This is a small team working in a relaxed atmosphere so a perfect “fit” is very important.

The Role:

* Sending correspondence via email and post

* Speaking with Councils on the phone

* Scanning documents

* Preparing sales packs

* Diary management

* Consulting with the sales team

* Understanding and manipulating figures

* An efficient approach to tasks and good problem-solving skills.

The Person :

* We are looking for someone with strong literacy skills

* Educated to degree standard or equivalent experience

* Great attention to detail and accuracy.

* Confident to work independently as well as part of a small team

* A hardworking and conscientious attitude
