Sustainable Agriculture Manager – Chippenham (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office) – £55,000 + Benefits

A leading agricultural business based in Chippenham, Wiltshire is seeking a Sustainable Agriculture Manager to drive sustainability initiatives across integrated and non-integrated supply chains. The role will partner closely with the agriculture business unit and customer teams, advancing the company’s sustainability strategy, developing data-led models and supporting ESG reporting requirements. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on agricultural sustainability within a progressive and environmentally responsible organisation.

• Strong understanding of sustainability challenges within agriculture
• Knowledge of GHG emissions measurement and mitigation
• Understanding of carbon stocks, nutrient management, and biodiversity impacts
• Proven experience working across supply chains to deliver sustainability initiatives
• Excellent communication and report writing skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
• Degree in Sustainability, Agriculture, or related discipline (desirable)
• Experience with ESG reporting or environmental data models (advantageous)
• Willingness to travel across the value chain as required

• Salary £45,000–£55,000 per annum DOE
• Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the Chippenham office
• Permanent contract
