Senior care assistant (care home) days 39 hours a week (3 1/2 x 8am-8pm, inc alternative weekends) £16.39/hr chippenham, sn15 5lj permanent rated good by the cqc please note sponsorship for overseas candidates is not available, also neither is switching visas sorry. Please do not apply. The home has recently undergone a major refurbishment. The care home is a beautiful 60 bed, modern home you will be tasked with assisting with the residents care plan, supervising the caring team, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individuals rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met. Details 39 hours on days, fixed shifts 3 1/2 x 8am-8pm (inc alternative weekends, breaks are unpaid).

£16.39 per hour - permanent contract excellent public transport links key responsibilities to provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive. To act as a key worker for a named group of residents, ensuring that these responsibilities are carried out in full (as defined in the training manual).

To participate in the formulation and maintenance of individual care plans for each resident and administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both. Person specification nvq 2 in health and social care as a minimum (essential, must be a uk qualification) supervisory/leadership skills minimum of 2 years relevant uk care home experience is required.
