Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 + bonus

Chadwick Nott is recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm with a strong presence in Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer them and become part of a team that values quality service, autonomy, and professional growth.

This position offers a varied and manageable caseload of residential property matters. You'll be trusted to run files independently, with support available when needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients with a personal and proactive approach
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments
• Contributing to the firm's continued growth and reputation

This role is ideal for a qualified conveyancer who brings:

• 3+ years PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
• Confidence managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and client care skills
• A detail-oriented, organised approach
• A genuine interest in contributing to a supportive and evolving team
