As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role—supporting the Home Manager, mentoring staff, and ensuring residents receive person-centred, compassionate care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You’ll have the clinical expertise to guide your team, the communication skills to build trust with residents and families, and the confidence to uphold the highest care standards.

What we’re looking for:

* Registered Nurse (NMC Pin required)

* Proven leadership and mentoring experience

* Strong clinical knowledge and a passion for quality care

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* A full UK driving licence and access to a car
