About the Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued care provider who are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join their well-regarded nursing home based in Chipping Norton area.
This welcoming home offers high-quality nursing, residential, and dementia care for elderly residents. As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key leadership role, supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring clinical excellence, and promoting a compassionate, person-centred culture.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced nurse leader who can inspire and support a dedicated care team. You’ll have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care for older people.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC pin
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Services Manager, or supernumerary Clinical Lead within an elderly nursing home setting.
* Strong understanding of CQC standards, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance.
* Strong background in elderly and dementia care
* A proactive and supportive management style
Interview Process
This role involves a two-stage interview process:
1. Initial interview with the Home Manager
2. Final interview with the Home Manager and Operations Manager
Location
The home is based in the Chipping Norton area and is easily commutable from Bourton-on-the-Water, Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Shipton-under-Wychwood, Hampnett, Winchcombe, Bampton, Bibury, Bicester and Northleach.
