This new position is responsible to the Director, and will work closely with the Fundraiser and the General Manager to advance and complement the fundraising and sponsorship programmes of The Theatre. The postholder will also become a member of The Theatre’s Senior Management team.
The role is part‑time for 2.5 days/17.5 hours a week, requiring a minimum of 1 day on site every 3 weeks (this is just a minimum and more is welcomed if the post holder wishes).

- Take ownership of the strategic and operational planning of the Fundraising department, by maintaining, growing and improving the current functions.
- Develop and implement new and creative ideas for fundraising growth.
Contract:
Permanent after 6 months probation. Full time equivalent £43,000. Pro‑rated at £23.62 per hour. Freelance contracts will be considered within the pay rate advertised.
