About UsThe Wild Rabbit in Kingham is a fine dining restaurant and boutique hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds. Recognised in the Top 50 Gastropubs, Top 50 Boutique Hotels, and awarded 3 AA Rosettes, The Wild Rabbit blends culinary excellence with warm, authentic hospitality. Under the direction of our Head of Creative Bar, Sam Brown, the bar team works with organic and homegrown ingredients — herbs, botanicals, fruits, and ferments — to create drinks that celebrate the flavours of the Cotswolds.
These ingredients are paired with refined cocktail‑making methods, from clarifications and infusions to fermentation and fat washing, allowing us to add depth, texture, and creativity to our serves. At the core of our bar is a balance of craft and hospitality. Guests receive warm, knowledgeable service, while our team contributes to the development of cocktails that tell a story of provenance, innovation, and care.
