Our client, a well-established Architectural Practice based in Chorley, Lancashire are currently seeking a Senior Architect to join their expanding team.

The successful Senior Architect will be responsible for running projects across all RIBA stages, predominantly within the Healthcare sector, although the practice also works across a variety of other project types and scales. The ideal candidate will have solid Revit experience and live within a commutable distance of Chorley. Our client have an excellent reputation within the Healthcare sector but prior experience within the sector is not needed.

They work on a range of projects, ranging from small scale extensions and refurbishments through to large scale cutting edge hospitals, GP Surgeries and Mental Health Facilities.

Senior Architect Job Overview

• Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, through Inception to Completion
• Deliver high-quality technical design and detailing on complex projects
• Ensure designs meet regulations, technical standards and sustainability requirements
• Produce high-quality design and technical work using Revit
• Maintain key client relationships
• Work on projects ranging from 5m to 100m+
• Contribute to the mentoring and development of junior members of the team
• Provide design direction and technical support

Senior Architect Job Requirements

• Good knowledge and practical experience using Revit
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations / construction detailing
• Strong project running experience
• Experience across all RIBA Stages
• ARB registered Architect
• Ability to work both independently within a collaborative team environment
• Live within a commutable distance of Chorley, Lancashire
