Whoare welookingfor:
Kind and compassionate individuals, who showagenuine interest and commitment to caring for people with learning/physical disabilities/mental health issues. Dynamic and passionateindividualswilling to helpthe people we supporttolead fulfilled livesto a high standard of care within one of our vibrant schemes. Experience as asupport worker, carer, or healthcare assistantpreferredbut not essentialasfulltrainingandguidanceis supplied. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Youllbe workingas part ofa warm friendly team,based within one of ourschemesassistingthe people we supportin a homely environment. Supplying
24/7 care on a rolling rota - covering early, late, wake nightsand weekend shifts. Playinga pivotal role in an individuals care team, supporting them to maximise independence, and giving them the opportunity to live their life to the fullest. Helpingindividualsparticipatein social and recreational community-based activities. Supporting individuals intheir daily activities,accompanying them to appointments and outings. Ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.?
Monitoring and reporting changes in behaviour or health status. Helping tomaintaina safe and clean environment for individuals.
