Key Responsibilities:

Provide application support for critical business systems to business customers.
Deploy and configure software applications to meet customer needs, ensuring error-free delivery.
Manage customer incidents, problems, and requests within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Respond to customer inquiries regarding the features and capabilities of supported applications.
Create both customer-facing and internal documentation, adhering to company standards.
Engage in Continual Service Improvement (CSI) activities to enhance service value.

Required

Skills and Experience:

Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Expereince of deployment of Java applications using Apache Tomcat.
Experience in software deployment and configuration.
Strong problem analysis and solving skills.
Experience supporting bespoke applications.
Familiarity with system monitoring solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Proficiency in SQL database management.
