Cluster Revenue Manager – £37,000 to £40,000 per annum + benefits

Are you ready to take ownership of revenue performance across multiple hotels and brands? We’re looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager who thrives on data, strategy, and collaboration. This is a key role where you’ll work closely with hotel General Managers and the commercial team to maximise profitability and deliver outstanding results.

Based in our Chorley office and reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue and profitability across multiple hotels by developing smart pricing strategies, managing inventory, and optimising distribution channels. You’ll analyse market trends, forecast demand, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and hotel teams to turn insights into action.

We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, experience with revenue management systems (preferably IDeaS), and at least two years’ experience as a hotel Revenue Manager. You’ll need exceptional communication abilities, be organised and resilient, and thrive under pressure, with flexibility to travel to hotels and brand meetings when required.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £37,000 to £40,000 per annum, hybrid working with one day a week from home, and a benefits package designed to support you. Most importantly, you’ll have the autonomy and influence to shape revenue strategies that drive success in a growing business.
