Clinical Project Manager I

MESM, part of Resonant Clinical Solutions, is looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of international accounts within our clinical trials projects.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate clinical budget and related pricing strategy services for the purpose of executing a clinical trial or ancillary services agreements.
  • Work in a heavily SLA‑driven environment, managing all data and communication related to the allocated clinical trial project, setting up milestones and overseeing deliverables across multiple and often international locations.
  • Coordinate customer activities to ensure equipment and services are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer relationships to guarantee excellent service delivery and generate repeat business.
  • Coordinate customer contracts and clinical budgets to maximise potential and revenue.
  • Provide clear and meaningful customer reporting.
  • Create quotations for existing customers.
  • Attend customer and study calls as required.
  • Align customer needs with business objectives.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations.
  • Increase business by offering new services or products.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
  • Experience:

    At least 3 years’ experience in a customer‑facing or account‑management role, preferably B2B.
  • Previous experience managing large‑scale customer projects and their operational requirements.
  • Analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work and collaborate with senior leadership across a variety of functions.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
