As our Senior Recruitment Team Leader, you will lead a high‑performing team of three consultants while maintaining your own billing desk. This is a dual‑focus role where your leadership abilities and personal revenue generation are equally valued.

• Lead and develop a team of three recruitment consultants
• Drive new business development through your established network and proactive outreach
• Maintain a personal billing desk with focus on senior engineering technology placements
• Set the standard for best practice across all recruitment processes
• Represent the company at international client meetings
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives

• Proven track record in technical recruitment, particularly within engineering sectors
• Demonstrable success in personal business development and client acquisition
• Experience managing and mentoring recruitment consultants
• Strong international network within relevant industries
• Commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate high‑value placements
• Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
