Are you a Health & Safety manager with a construction background? Looking for a part time on going contract?

My client is an established, region main contractor who are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join their team on a part time basis. You will be responsible for ensuring all HSE procedures are adhered to on site. You will provide authoritative advice and guidance to managers to ensure best practice is promoted, to help ensure a safe working environment.

As a main contractor they deliver new build projects from 2million up to around £18million, working on a variety of projects, apartments, housing, industrial and some education.

As Health & Safety Manager you will be required to travel to live projects in the Northwest,  to complete all the necessary Health & Safety checks on sites and audits. The role will require CDM experience, production of RAMS and Risk Assessments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working within a similar role on construction-based projects

• NEBOSH Certificate in Construction or NEBOSH Diploma

• CSCS Card

• Tech IOSH or Grad IOSH (Desirable but not essential)
