What will I be doing?

As our Human Resources Coordinator
, you’ll play a key role in supporting our people and driving HR initiatives across the property. You’ll coordinate and deliver training, champion Health & Safety, and assist with driving community projects—all while providing exceptional support to our team.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering all brand training, including Orientation, Health & Safety, and introductory leadership programs.
  • Coordinating Travel With Purpose community projects and activities.
  • Managing training records and assigning online learning as required.
  • Keeping clear communication with all departments involved in projects and activities.
  • Assisting internal and external guests with requests.
  • Leading Health & Safety initiatives on property.
  • Attending mandatory meetings and following emergency procedures when needed.
  • Building strong working relationships with team members, departments, and guests.
