This position is responsible for system diagrams completion according to Convergint’s standards; ensuring good engineering drawing quality; maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Create and complete drawings according to project schedules and client specifications.
• Develop system design diagrams and update them as necessary.
• Generate detailed 2D/3D drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, Navis Works, and other BIM tools like Sketch Up and Bluebeam.
• Utilize AutoCAD and BIM Revit software for drafting and modeling.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality design solutions and maintaining open communication.
• Stay proficient in our products and technology.
• Continuously improve skills and knowledge through internal training and self-driven learning.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients (when necessary), and third parties to coordinate site inspections and project requirements.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Strictly adhere to company standards and policies to maintain the quality of Convergint services.
• Provide prompt and efficient responses to all service requests within the assigned region.

• 1-3 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in security systems.
• Understanding CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM system or related programs.
• BIM certification or training (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing and documentation.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
