Design Engineer Manager - Medical Equipment - Cikarang (B-125688)

Our client is Medical Equipment company
. Currently, they are looking for Design Engineer Manager.

Lead and manage team in developing medical equipment products.

Oversee design activities, technical documentation, and product development.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, R&D, and other departments.

Monitor and guide multiple design projects.

Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to the team.

Drive the development and continuous improvement of engineering processes, and tools.

Mentor, coach, and enhance engineering team members' skill development and performance growth.

Conduct risk assessments and design reviews to ensure product safety and reliability.

Ensure all design activities comply with internal standards and regulations.

Prepare regular project reports and present progress to management.

Other responsibilities as needed.

Bachelor's Degree from Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

5 years of experience as Design Manager using 3D AutoCAD & Solidwork from Medical Equipment industry.

Business English proficiency.

Able to speak Japanese.
