Technical Support – Emulsion

Support marketing team for monitoring and market development of the product.

Conducting application test of the products in the laboratory.

Preparing and conducting plant trial of the product in customer.

Preparing and complying technical data under ISO procedure.

Monitoring delivery, quality, and performance of the product to/in customers.

Handle customer complain and seeking method to overcome.

Maintain good relationship with customer.

Collecting data of experience and expectation of customer to the product.

Making reports timely on visits to customers and presenting them.

Requirements :

Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in chemistry/chemical engineering/other science.

Minimum 5 years working experience in application of water based Emulsion: adhesive, coating, textile industry.

Have knowledge and experience in developing the water based Emulsion will be advantage.

Have soft skills such as problem solving,leadership,communication skill, target orientation, customer care, and building trust and personal accountability.

Fluency in English (advantage).

Able to drive car independently and have SIM A driving license.

Regular placement will be:

• in Surabaya for serving East Java area (1 person).
