Mechanical Supervisor Plant

Job Requirement:

1.

Experience:

Min 5 years in a continuous production line.

2.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.

3. Able to plan and organize team workload.

4.

Skills:

• Strong mechanical engineering knowledge, especially in rotating equipment.
• Have knowledge of maintaining raw material transfer (bucket elevator, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, chain feeder, etc)
• Have Knowledge of maintaining raw material storage (Buffer Silo and static structures).
• Have knowledge of maintaining dust collector, exhaust fans, blower fans, burner systems, drying.
• Have knowledge of maintaining utility equipment (e compressor, chiller, piping system).
• Have knowledge of maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (preferred).
• Understanding of IMS for safety and quality management.

1. Analyze, improve, and monitor machinery performance to achieve plant efficiency.

2. Plan and execute preventive maintenance tasks and annual maintenance plans.

3. Motivate, train, and develop mechanics; organize manpower for efficiency.

4. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and report incidents.

5. Monitor energyefficiency, reduce CO2 emissions, and implement sustainability practices.

6. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop SOPs.

7. Collaborate with HR on employee development and act as a role model for Knauf values.
