Chandra Asri is currently expanding its portfolio in the energy sector and incorporating its assets as well as operational infrastructure to support the expansion plan of the second world‑scale integrated petrochemical complex in Indonesia, CAP

- Analyze and evaluate performance of individual equipment and unit process to create plant reliability.
- Review and improve total monomer ratio (TMR) to achieve plant effectiveness.
- Collaborate with production engineers to obtain necessary information regarding analysis, calculations, and recommendations.
- Review and analyse process production using technical and statistical approaches to optimise operational plant reliability and product quality.
- Initiate MOC process at PE plant to improve plant operability and reliability.
- Formulate PSM implementation with related sections in PE Plant to achieve zero accidents and incidents.
- Formulate TPM implementation with related sections in PE Plant to achieve world‑class TPM plant.
- Analyse energy management system and insurance audit results and recommend improvements to meet standard requirements.
- Collaborate with related functions to implement production trials whether the product, equipment, system or catalyst and recommend necessary suggestions to achieve trial goals.
- Collaborate with related functions to implement risk assessment in PE Plant to achieve zero accidents and incidents.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills.
- Proficient in MS Office for daily activity.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
This position will be based at Site Office Cilegon.
