Chandra Asri is currently expanding its portfolio in the energy sector and incorporating its asset as well as operational infrastructure to supports the expansion plan of the second world-scale integrated petrochemical complex in Indonesia, CAP
2.

• Monitor daily Chlor-Alkali performance by attending production meetings, reviewing logbooks, and reviewing process historians.
• Continuously monitor process on the plant, including parameters like temperature, pressure, and current efficiency. Provide recommendation to operator to adjust process parameter to meet optimum operation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs of production by prepare engineering change request.
• Review, improve and update corporate commandments, guidelines, specifications and best practices.
• Providing troubleshooting assistance to plants in need, performing root cause analysis, implementing preventive and corrective actions, and summarizing all information and analysis in a report.
• Train and Mentor engineers who are early in their careers and provide reports summarizing their development.
• Prepare and update document periodically to meet audit requirement.
• Provide Chlor-Alkali expertise for incident investigation including analysis, documentation, and participation in root cause analysis (RCA) processes.
• Conduct HAZOP review for each system for every 5 years.
• Annually review HIRADC to control the potential hazards that exist around the working environment.
• Attend JOHAN Meeting for work conducted within CA Area.
• Calculate and review monthly Chlor-Alkali metrics to explain deviation within Plan.
• Monitor daily TPM activities and attend meetings.
• Daily Plant Walkthroughs and safety inspection for each area (areawise).

• S1 majoring in Chemical Engineering.
• 2-4 years working experience in the same field, fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Have experience in Chlor Alkali plant is preferred.
• Computer literate using Ms. Office in daily activities.
• Good in english skills both spoken & written.

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon (CAA)
