Process Engineer

Promote and apply best practices in daily operations, troubleshooting, process improvements, and projects. Ensure safety, health, environment, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards are integrated into every process.

Collaborate with colleagues across functions, as well as with vendors and occasionally customers.

Support financial discipline by keeping both fixed and variable costs under control.

Develop competency of shift leaders and operators for the operation concept and best practice implementation

Proactively communicate with department head when potential issues that may affect internal area or cross-area

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer or Process Supervisor.

Hands-on experience with ISO management systems, risk assessment, and process automation.
