You will be responsible for monitoring and operating production systems and field equipment within our Chemical Processing Plant. This role ensures that plant operations run safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures and standards.
How You Will Make an Impact- Execute field activities by following Work Instructions (WI) and Product Quality Control Plans (PQCP).
- Adjust operational parameters and controls as instructed to achieve stable production conditions.
- Conduct equipment start-up, shutdown, and routine operational checks.
- Monitor process performance, identify abnormalities, and perform basic troubleshooting in the field.
- Carry out minor maintenance tasks on process and auxiliary equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Perform additional operational duties as needed to support overall plant performance.
- Minimum High School graduate (or equivalent), with 3–5 years of experience in plant operations—ideally within chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing, or energy-related industries.
- Strong commitment to safety, adherence to procedures, and situational awareness in the field.
- Good manual dexterity, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs with logical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Effective communication skills—both verbal and written—and strong active listening.
- Team player with reliability and willingness to collaborate across functions.
- Willing to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends or holidays when required.
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during critical or emergency situations.
- High learning agility, initiative, and adaptability in a dynamic operational environment.
- Possessing a Class 1 Boiler Operator Certificate is a strong plus.
