Continuous Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management
  :
  Lead teams to achieve project goals, ensuring timelines and benefits are met, and develop plans, schedules, and budgets for process improvements.
• Process Optimization
  :
  Drive efficiency in manufacturing using lean manufacturing and PDCA methodology.
• Coordination & Communication
  :
  Work with all departments to accelerate QIP (Quality Improvement Projects) implementation and ensure proper execution.
• Training Development
  :
  Create training materials, facilitate sessions, and assess effectiveness to improve continuous improvement skills.
• Workload & Efficiency Analysis
  :
  Gather and analyze data on workloads, task assignments, and bottlenecks to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
• Reporting & Improvement
  :
  Prepare reports with actionable insights to optimize workflow and productivity across teams.
• Culture Building
  :
  Cultivate a service‑quality and competitive culture by empowering internal agents of change.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Industrial), Business, or related fields.
• Experience in process improvement, lean methodologies, or quality management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Cilegon, Banten.
