The role is responsible for ensuring production processes comply with company quality standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements through the development and implementation of quality standards, effective QMS maintenance, testing and documentation, and the continued validity of SNI certification.
** Responsibilities:
*** Comply with and support mandatory company objectives by implementing Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHSE) policies, Quality and Environmental Management Systems, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labor Agreement (CLA), and applicable government regulations.
* Develop and implement quality standards in alignment with internal specifications, customer requirements, and legal regulations.
* Ensure all site procedures, SOPs, and work instructions (WI) are current and properly maintained.
* Act as the owner of product and material performance testing and inspection by conducting various tests (including regression, performance, and exploratory testing) and evaluating products and materials against quality requirements.
* Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.
* Maintain the validity and compliance of quality licenses and certifications, including SNI and ISO 9001.
* Lead and execute continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
** Qualification and/or experience required:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines).
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, SNI, and relevant product standards.
* ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
** Preferred Qualification and/or experience required:
*** Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous process and/or product development
* Experience leading QA teams.
