Baires Dev is seeking a Head of Customer Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing function from the ground up. You will report to the CMO and guide a team of eight across three functions, shaping strategy and collaborating with Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing from day one.
You will own product marketing, messaging, and go-to-market plans, while building campaigns, events, references, and advocacy programs to drive revenue from existing accounts.
