Clovernook Healthcare, LLC in Cincinnati, OH seeks an experienced LPN to deliver safe, therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge in collaboration with physicians, families and the care team.
You will administer medications, perform assessments, wound care and documentation; supervise nursing assistants; and monitor residents, escalating changes to the physician as needed. Ohio LPN license, CPR, and LT Cares experience required; 1 year LTC preferred.
