What You Can Expect

Build supply‑chain expertise through rotations across manufacturing plants, divisional teams, and specialist support functions.

Implement, monitor and expand processes to balance on‑time delivery and inventories.

Learn basics of S&OP and communicate the rolling forecast.

Manage goods receipts, prioritisation and work in warehousing from receipt to ship, collaborating closely with Lean teams.

Use procurement best practices and participate in supplier negotiations.

Your ideal profile

Master’s degree in engineering or business administration.

Process‑driven, organised and disciplined approach.

Initiative and strong communication skills.

Geographical mobility after completion of the graduate programme.

Fluent in local language and English.

First‑hand experience in project management is a plus.
