Salary £27,000 - £29,000 DOE plus commission, on‑call & overtime (circa £1,000 per month).

• Carrying out a range of services associated with cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains.
• Operation of High‑Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
• Carrying out surveys.
• Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
• Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications.
• Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
• Being part of an on‑call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.

• High pressure water jetting and confined spaces experience.
• Surveying experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in domestic & commercial drainage.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability with sound technical knowledge.
• Have a positive, flexible, can‑do attitude.
• Want to be part of a growing and progressive business.
• Be willing to work some unsociable hours.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Must live in the Cirencester area.
