Key Role Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage and execute strategic multi‑channel campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Build and lead Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives across new and existing customer accounts.
  • Partner with Sales to develop half‑year campaign strategies that increase pipeline and deal conversion.
  • Produce campaign assets and content, including emails, blogs, landing pages, and social posts.
  • Segment data and analyse customer insights to optimise targeting and messaging.
  • Track campaign performance, pivot based on results, and report clearly on impact.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Champion marketing best practice while delivering at pace and to high quality.
Key Attributes Required Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Channel Marketing (VAR, MSP, vendor, or distributor).
  • Proven background in ABM and multi‑channel campaign execution.
  • Strong grasp of how MSPs and resellers operate and sell.
  • Skilled in writing compelling campaign copy and content.
  • Confident presenting campaign performance and data‑led insights.
