Fork Lift Driver

M4 Recruitment are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Counter Balance Fork Lift Driver to join our clients close-knit team within a fast-paced, well-organised distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone with previous warehouse experience who thrives on being hands-on and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00)

Key Responsibilities:

* Use the warehouse management system to monitor stock levels and track inventory accurately

* Receive and ship goods in line with company procedures

* Pick, pack, and label products for dispatch

* Assist in product assembly and light manufacturing tasks as needed

* Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training can be provided)

* Handle and move goods, including occasional heavy lifting

* Maintain a tidy and organised warehouse space
Requirements:

* Previous warehouse experience is preferred

* Familiarity with stock control systems is desirable

* Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks

* Valid Counter Balance License

* Strong team ethic with the ability to work independently when needed

* Must have your own transport, as the site is not accessible via public transport and lacks pedestrian access
