• Salary is 40,000 per annum
• Located in Clacton-on-Sea, C015
• Deputy Manager will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or Children and Young People's Workforce (Essential)
• Previous experience at Team Leader or Deputy Manager level within Childrens Residential Home (Essential)
• Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
