Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Entry-Level Production Workers for a manufacturing opportunity in Claremore. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates who are ready to learn and work. The most important qualifications for this position are dependability, excellent attendance, a strong work ethic, and flexibility. Production Workers may be assigned to different areas of the facility depending on daily manufacturing needs.

This is a physically active position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must also be comfortable working in hot conditions, particularly during warmer months.
